State should scrap CEC

Time, I think has come to do away with these middlemen in CEC who are reaping where they did not sow. I mean why should Zesco not sell power directly to the mines instead of giving it on a silver place to CEC to make huge profits for themselves? These men in CEC are evil. We don’t need CEC at all!
