Worst human rights violations occurrying under UPND , says Makebi Zulu

THE worst human rights violations since the days of UNIP have occurred in the last two and half years of the UPND government and President Hakainde Hichilema is culpable for having allowed his police to engage in alleged extra-judicial killings, torture, arbitrary arrests, brutality, cruel, inhuman, degrading treatment of suspects, Makebi Zulu has said.
Mr Zulu, one of the country’s renowned lawyers says the buck over the atrocities being committed by the police under Graphael Musamba was squarely stopping at President Hakainde Hichilema as the appointing authority. click here to read more
