FORMER President Edgar Lungu has described as malicious and a fabrication reports by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEC) that a Mr Juvensio Mathew’s Phiri who has been arrested for drug dealing was his driver.
And former President Lungu has advised President Hakainde Hichilema and his government to concentrate on delivering service to Zambians and resolving the various crises facing the nation instead of concentrating on efforts attempting to destroy democracy and the opposition.
Former President Lungu says he had never had a driver by the name of Juvensio and does not even know the said man and that it was malicious for the State to link the man to him. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
