By Patricia Banda

Science and Technology Minister FELIX MUTATI has advised parents to take advantage of the free education that Government has provided as a way of reducing child marriages.

The Minister gave an example of Constituency Development Find -CDF which he said is now decentralized and at community level.

Meanwhile, Namucho Kids Service Executive Director FELIX CHISOLA has welcomed the donation of items to the less privileged saying the service takes care of the old people, orphans, Widows and the physically challenged.
