THE Zambia National Service (ZNS) together with Mtolo Phiri, the Minister of Agriculture are solely responsible for the continued shortage of mealie meal which has so far seen Zambians queuing for the commodity because their agent, Eagle Milling Company has failed to meet national demand, Brian Mundubile has said.
