Former Luangeni Member of Parliament Charles Zulu, who is also member of the PF Central Committee has congratulated UPND President Hakainde Hichilema for leading in Thursday’s polls.
Mr Zulu who is also former Energy Deputy Minister, claims Hichilema has won the 2021 elections .
He adds that all PF leaders and President Edgar Lungu should concede defeat.
Speaking from his Chisamaba farm, Zulu advised President Lungu to show leadership by accepting defeat so that peace and unity is guaranteed.
And Zulu has added that he has no doubt that Mr Hichilema will develop the country in a short time.
Zulu has also announced his resignation from the PF and as a Member of the Central Committee.
He however thanked President Lungu and the PF for appointing him in several positions in PF.
