By TROY MUKUPA

Talented Zambian rappers and songwriters Ninebo Chileshe a.k.a Chile Bull and King Amaka have released their most anticipated album tagged “Split Persona”.

And to prove that indeed Amaka Na Chilebull is a force to reckon with, the duo brought out diverging views on several topics; from life, friendship, dating and more so as to give the listeners a sneak-peek into their creative minds.

The track list for the album which has 18 songs on it was mixed and mastered by the talented Dotee for Dream Life Music. It was officially released and posted on both rappers’ Facebook pages, and on Dream Life Music Facebook page.

Songs like ‘Satana Amamvela’ featuring renowned singer songwriter K’millian, Cha Last featuring Da Dior and Flaydo, Yalishibikwa featuring Mbototo. On ‘Bobu’, the duo brought in the talented ‘Ma Reason” hit maker, Vinchenzo, while on ‘Who Daz That’ they brought in Rob King and 808 Smalls. And on the title album song ‘Split Persona’ they joined hands with heavyweight rapper, Tommy D to make sure the message is cemented in the hearts of the listeners. Other songs are ‘Mvela’ featuring Dotee, Chila Muntu, ‘What a Year’ and ‘Olijaba’.

In an interview, Ninebo Chileshe, the Kitwe born and raised, energetic rapper who is known for his fluent and impeccable delivery of verses, and whose real names are Chileshe Chilufya said he was greatful for the support shown so far since the release of ‘Split Persona’.

And Supaster Dj-Fizzy Worldwide on rating the  ‘Split Persona’ album said both artists (Amaka na Chilebull) showed impressive diversity and range.

“I give the album two thumbs up, a shimmy, and a dab. It’s a must-listen for anyone who appreciates great music and wants to discover new artists. Amaka Na Chilebull showed impressive diversity and range on this album, from using chokwe on the intro, to tonga on bobu, then a mixture Nyanja, Bemba and Engilish on the rest of the album. This album has a huge range, these guys sang, rapped, and trapped on one tape. That’s hard,” he said

Meanwhile, manager to Ninebo Chileshe, Peter Mutuka, said works have started on visuals. He said the team has agreed to start with visuals for ‘Lesa Tekala Pamwenu’ song.

“For me, the album is absolutely a marvel. The title of the album itself says it all, and I have every confidence that the album will speak truth as it give hope to the listeners about life and situations. And on visuals, we are starting with the song Lesa Tekala Pamweno,” he said
