Disgruntled PF members of Parliament, who are disappointed by the performance of President Michael Sata intend to request the Speaker of the National Assembly to enforce a procedure of secret ballot when the impeachment motion comes to the floor.

They are concerned that the association of the party with  individuals involved in plunder, theft of public funds and disregard of the law was tarnishing the image and standing of the party.

” The motion may not succeed on the floor of the house but it will at least show the President that  he has a lot of disgruntled  MPs.

“We object to the association of the party with corruption, illegality and abuse of law. That is why we would want a secret ballot that will be used to send a signal top the President.
