PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema did not bestow opposition leadership in Parliament on Robert Chabinga but was respecting the sanctity of the rule of law by respecting the court decision that had thrown out an injunction by Raphael Nakacinda to restrain Miles Sampa from carrying himself as President of the Patriotic Front (PF), Cornelius Mweetwa has said.
