SEAN Tembo, the Patriots for Economic Progress (PeP) president has claimed that UPND does not care about the suffering and outcry of the people because the party has a plan to rig the 2026 election.
But UPND deputy secretary general Gertrude Imenda has denied the allegations and said her members were not riggers.
