PATSON Daka’s agent Fredrick Kanoute has hinted that the lethal Chipolopolo striker would leave Red Bull Salzburg at the end of the season.
Kanoute said Daka who is reported to have attracted interests from clubs playing in the best leagues in Europe is ready for a new challenge this summer.
Kanoute said he would sit down with clubs interested in Daka to decide the best destination for the 2017 Under-20 AFCON winner.
The former West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur striker said time has come for Daka to make a switch as he has grown into a complete striker.
“I think it is time for a new challenge for Patson at the end of the season. That is no secret.”
“We will sit down with the clubs interested in him, work out a good plan and make the right decision. We don’t want him to change clubs just for the sake of it,” Kanoute said.
“Daka has really caught fire this season. He was good before, but now we are seeing a completely different Patson Daka. He gets better almost every day, and he’s now showing what he truly can do,” said the former Malian international.
Daka has enjoyed a remarkable campaign in Austria, scoring 30 goals in just 33 appearances in all competitions for Red Bull Salzburg to attract interests from European power houses such as Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham.
