THE State is demanding K5 million from lawyer John Sangwa being legal fees it spent to prosecute a matter where he wanted the Constitutional Court to direct Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to amend the affidavit for Presidential candidate /Running mate to state the number of terms one has served in office.
