ZRA to place all services online

THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) is putting up measures to ensure that all services are accessed online during and after the Covid-19 pandemic.
This is because as the Covid-19 continues to ravage the world, the pandemic is causing undesirable effects on global trade and domestic economies, says ZRA Corporate Communications Manager, Topsy Sikalinda.
Mr Sikalinda said ZRA has therefore ensured that systems such as Taxonline, Asycuda world, Tax on app and tax on phone were all available all the time.
“Every organisation has come up with measures to protect both its clients and staff hence the Zambia Revenue Authority putting up measures to ensure that almost all services are accessed online.
“The Authority encourages all its taxpayers and potential clients to ensure they access all services online through the website,” he said in his write up on Business during the covid-19 period.
Mr Sikalinda stressed that all payments could be done through commercial Bank portal or by simply walking into the bank premises.
He indicated that mobile network providers such as MTN, Airtel and Zamtel also had platforms for making tax payments.
