I DID NOT THREATEN UPND CANDIDATE – NGULUBE

By KETRA KALUNGA

PATRIOTIC Front (PF) parliamentary candidate for Kabwe Central, Tutwa Ngulube, has dismissed reports that he has threatened to harm UPND Kabwe mayoral candidate, Gary Domingo.

He said at no time did he threaten Mr Domingo that he would disappear before the general elections next month.

Mr Ngulube, who is the former Kabwe Central lawmaker, said he does not threaten people’s lives because he was a peaceful person.

He said in an interview that the allegations were unfounded because he could not threaten Mr Domingo over an election.

Mr Ngulube said the UPND mayoral candidate was making the allegation which he described as petty because he knows that his party has already lost the elections.

“I don’t get involved in petty issues like that, you know I am a very peaceful person, the UPND has lost already so they are feeling the pressure,” he said.

He urged Mr Domingo to stop making baseless allegations and focus on selling himself to the people through campaigns.

Mr Ngulube said whether Mr Domingo wins or losses as UPND candidate for mayor of Kabwe, it would not in any way affect his election as MP for Kabwe Central constituency.
