MAKE Musiwa SPS or PPS if you so wish than give us drama day in and out.
Swearing-in is ceremonial and the favoured ADC is Musiwa who should be in ceremonial attire. If he is a former service man then what is stopping HH from activating him back into service?
On foreign visits, only a uniformed ADC is allowed and acknowledged.
