DEAL STERNLY WITH DEFIANT CADRES IN MARKETS, GOVT TOLD

GOVERNMENT should sternly deal with cadres that will defy its directive to stay away from markets and bus stations, a Patriotic Front official Lemmy Bwalya has said. Mr. Bwalya said police officers should start enforcing the directive strictly because it would end up as a mere pronouncement.
