IMF keep away from Zambia

Dear Editor,
You are right Mr Wynter Kabimba.We have already got our own IMF ( Local Monetary Fund) i.e the tollgates which can finance the shortfall in the budget and with the introduction of withholding taxes on rentals etc, we should be ok. Sure IMF should know that we are not desperate for their money.
