NELLY MUTTI, Speaker of the National Assembly has directed Jack Mwiimbu, the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security to state the Government’s position on sentiments made by former President Edgar Lungu that the country could hold elections before the five-year mandate of the UPND is over.
