STANLEY Kakubo was yesterday quizzed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) for allegedly shortchanging Chinese nationals over a mine deal from which it is alleged the former Foreign Affairs Minister received US$870, 000 and a luxurious Mercedes Benz.
