UNITED Party for National Development (UPND) Lusaka Province chairperson, Obvious Mwaliteta, has given 48-hour ultimatum to Socialist Party (SP) Kaunga ward candidate, Maneya Mwale, to retract the allegations that he threatened to shoot her.
