THE Lusaka Magistrate Court has again thrown out applications made by former Defence Minister, Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba to admit documents as part of his defence in a matter he is charged with 24 counts of failure to declare interest and being in possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime.
Earlier, the court had refused to allow Mwamba to submit a letter which was written by the former Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Ms. Lilian Siyunyi ordering the seizure of investigations against him. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
