Kambwili wrong to go against central committee – Mwila

By KALOBWE BWALYA

CHISHIMBA Kambwili should be cautioned for going against the Patriotic Front central committee’s decision to boycott Women and Youth Day celebrations, says former secretary general, Davies Mwila.

Mr Mwila has also said Mr Kambwili should show leadership not to undermine the central committee’s decision as well as the party.

In an interview, Mr Mwila said Mr Kambwili instead was supposed to write to the acting secretary general Mr Nickson Chilangwa, unlike going to the media which is showing disorganisation of the party.

Mr Mwila said Mr Kambwili is a senior member since its inception therefore he should be loyal to the party and follow the right procedure.

Mr Mwila said if Mr Kambwili is not cautioned he will bring the name of the party into disrepute and anarchy among the members.

He said if Mr Kambwili is not stopped from his acts, he will embarrass the party especially the members of the central committee as if they don’t know what they are doing.

And Mr Mwila advised the members to maintain discipline and avoid bringing divisions and confusion.
