State witness exonerates Hibeene Mwiinga

AN Investigations officer at Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has told the Lusaka magistrate court that former Presidential Economic adviser, Hibeene Mwiinga got allowances amounting to K300, 000 from State House between 2015 and 2021.

The court also heard that Mwiinga earned between K15 million and K15 million at State House as salaries and gratuities between the same period.

Mr. Paul Hatakwati said during cross examination that his Investigations did not take into account the income Mwiinga earned from Africa Development Banks between 2006 and 2010.
