Zambians are suffering, says UPND on Copperbelt

…but claims President Hichilema is equal to the task and that better days are coming under the new dawn administration

THE UPND on the Copperbelt has admitted that Zambians are going through a difficult time because of the harsh economic situation the country is grappling with.

The governing party has however said that President Hakainde Hichilema is firmly on course towards addressing the economic challenges which have condemned many Zambians to untold misery.

Kangwa Kamando, the UPND Copperbelt youth vice chairperson says Zambians should not listen to the opposition, particularly those in the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) who are promising better life after ruining the country’s economy.

Mr Kamando was reacting to the statement by former President Edgar Lungu at a rally in Kitwe that if President Hakainde Hichilema had consulted him, he would not have plunged the country into serious poverty and hunger by selling maize to neighbouring countries. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
