PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has said District Commissioners (DC) should not consider themselves civil servants because according to him, they are servants of the ruling party and should not shy away from serving the people in the UPND.
Speaking when he interacted with the people in Sinazongwe on Tuesday, President Hichilema cautioned DCs against using the tag of being civil servants for not working for the people who put them in power.
