SPECIAL Assistant to the President for Political Affairs, Levy Ngoma, and Trevor Mwiinde, UPND Deputy National Chairperson, have petitioned the Lusaka High Court for permission to serve fugitive Emmanuel Jay Banda through a newspaper advertisement.
Mr Ngoma and Mr Mwiinde filed a lawsuit against Banda, opposition leaders Saboi Imboela and Sean Tembo, and freelancer Thomas Zgambo.
