PATROTIC Front (PF) faction president, Miles Sampa, is facing contempt of court charges for alleging that the judiciary is under the control of his secretary general, Morgan Ng’ona, and his associates.
Mr. Ng’ona has applied to the Lusaka High Court for leave to issue a notice of motion for committal proceedings against Mr. Sampa and his deputy media director, Mr. Hamasamu Hingandu.
