THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Africa have continued to progress an agreement on developing financial regulation and policy roadmap to foster the adoption of appropriate nature-related disclosure frameworks.
This also allows the two firms to incorporate nature into national strategy/policy, emerging regulation to amplify nature-positive outcomes, according to the SEC Chief Executive Officer, Mr Phillip Chitalu.
