FOOTBALL Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga has initiated legal proceedings against Elvis Nkandu, the Sports and Youth Minister and former general secretary, Adrian Kashala accusing the duo of orchestrating a malicious campaign designed to undermine his leadership and tarnish the administration of football in the country.
Kamanga alleged that during his tenure as General Secretary, Kashala awarded contracts to entities with questionable credentials without conducting the necessary due diligence or ensuring adherence to best practices in procurement and project management.
