A CONTINGENT of four Cabinet Ministers have allegedly been dispatched and are camped in Luapula Province, besieging Kabalenge Ward, in Mwansabombwe with Brebner Changala describing the move as evil and reckless.
Mr Changala, a civil rights and political activist says Zambia is going through serious economic challenges yet a team of UPND Cabinet Ministers has been dispatched for campaign in Kabalenge Ward in Mwansabombwe for a local by-election.
“This government is reckless and it has no heart to serve the people of Zambia. It is self-preservation. How can a ward by-election in Kabalenge, Mwansabombwe attract four Cabinet Ministers when there are pressing issues, such as high cost of living, load shedding with the economy that has collapsed?
