A STATE witness has disputed claims of false imprisonment by five UPND members, including Permanent Secretary Special Duties Patrick Mucheleka and Small Medium Enterprises Minister Elias Mubanga, who are demanding K15 million in compensation.
Mr Enock Roy Mwinda, a District Criminal Investigations Officer, stated that there was justifiable reason to arrest the five for aggravated robbery and malicious damage to property.
