Nakacinda released, goes for HH

IT had to take a habeas corpus for the Zambia Police to release Raphael Nakacinda from police cells yesterday after he was on Tuesday denied police bond despite having met all the conditions and requirements to be freed.
And soon after his release, Mr Nakacinda, the Patriotic Front (PF) secretary general vowed that he would continue criticizing President Hakainde Hichilema, announcing that he would have to hold press conferences at the Police Force Headquarters to directly confront the police.
Nakacinda, who was arrested on Monday, was denied police bond, a decision he argues is a violation of his rights and only secured release after his lawyers filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus.
