ONLY a failed leadership constantly blames others for its inability to take responsibility for the welfare of its people, Muhabi Lungu has said.
Mr Lungu, The Zambia We Want (ZWW), Interim Chairman for Information and Publicity said it was time the UPND administration stopped blaming others for its failure to lead people out of crisis.
He said ZWW firmly believed that problems not owned could never be resolved.
“It appears that government is comfortable with the view that no political fallout against it will occur on the basis that a significant number of citizens have accepted the drought condition as the main cause of load shedding.
