Court admits Malanji’s Hotel into evidence

THE Lusaka Magistrate court has admitted into evidence the Gibson Royal Hotel in Kitwe property belonging to former Foreign Affairs Minister, Joseph Malanji.

This was after Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) through the investigations officer, Kwaleyela Mukelebai made an application to admit into evidence the Gibson Royal Hotel.

The defence team did not object to the application.

In this matter, Malanji and former Secretary to Treasury, Fredson Yamba are charged with 10 counts of willful failure to comply with laid down procedures and possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
