LUSAKA Lawyer, Charles Changano says his client, a Lusaka business executive Harry Findlay is not well to open defence in a matter is charged with holding more than one passport.
Mr. Changano said Findlay was unable to open his defence because his blood pressure (BP) had gone high.
The defence team has therefore made an application before court to release Findlay’s passport so that he could travel to South Africa for medical attention.
When the matter came up yesterday at the Lusaka magistrate court for commencement of defence, one of his lawyers informed the court that Findlay was supposed to see a doctor on CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
