Fear grips judiciary, claims Muhabi Lungu

THE spokesperson for Zambia We Want, Muhabi Lungu, has raised concerns over the alleged fear gripping the Judiciary, with some judges reportedly recusing themselves from cases involving individuals connected to State House.
He said this follows the recent dismissal of three Constitutional Court judges by President Hakainde Hichilema.
The petition, filed by President Hichilema against the re-election of President Edgar Lungu, was dismissed on a technicality.
