SABOI Imboela has raised serious concerns over what she describes as ongoing secret recruitments within the civil service under the UPND government, alleging that the practice has been taking place since the ruling party assumed power.
Ms Imboela’s remarks come after revelations to the effect that there are secret recruitment by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) which has decided not to receive new applications regarding next year’s recruitment of health workers.
