Read More »By NAMO PHIRI THE Chinese government has in partnership with the United Nations World Food Programme (UNWFP) embarked on the drilling boreholes in Monze in the face of the drought which has since been declared a national disaster. Speaking when he officiated at the ground breaking ceremony, Chinese ambassador to Zambia Wang Sheng said the project is an urgent response to the President’s drought declaration.
