A consortium of Civil Society Organizations, the Democracy and Motherland Defenders Coalition (DMDC) has thrown its weight behind the enactment of the Cyber Security Bill.
And President Edgar Lungu has won kudos for assuring the nation of a peaceful 2021 General Elections.
Coalition spokesperson Andrew Ntewewe said President Lungu should be commended for assuring Zambians that the forthcoming general elections will be peaceful.
He told journalists in Lusaka yesterday that political parties should emulate President Lungu’s commitment to holding a peaceful election.
