FIND HATEMBOS AT ALL COST -DNA… USE AVAILABLE MACHINERY TO FIND THEM, SECURITY WINGS TOLD

SECURITY wings should use all the machinery at their disposal to find the missing Hatembo siblings before something unthinkable happens to them, the Zambian DNA has said.

Zambian DNA spokesperson, Spuki Mulemwa, said there was no way a combined force of investigative wings in Zambia could fail to locate the missing siblings.

Mr Mulemwa said the fact that they make phone calls and even feature on social media was helpful enough for security wings to locate their whereabouts.

He said in an interview that the continued delay in locating Pheluna and her brother Milton was putting them in more danger.

Mr Mulemwa urged security wings to use all the machinery and support at their disposal to find the ‘poor’ family.

He also urged the police to continue rounding up all individuals suspected of having a hand in the disappearance of the Hatembo siblings.

Mr Mulemwa said security wings should not fall for the few videos purporting that the siblings were fine because they could be held under duress or at gunpoint.

He said investigative wings should probe all possibilities in the Hatembos’ disappearance and not leave anything to chance.

“Security wings should work together and use all the machinery at their disposal to find the missing Hatembo siblings,” said Mr Mulemwa.
