There is a breakdown of rule of law, says Bishop Kaela – fumes over brutal attack, torching of man in Chilenje by suspected homosexuals

THAT a group of suspected homosexuals are able to gang up and burn a person alive for standing up to them is but a sign of a clear breakdown in the rule of law, Bishops Council of Zambia general secretary, Able Kaela has said.

Bishop Kaela said engaging in same sex marriage was illegal in Zambia and if there were a group that was being identified as a group of homosexuals by society, then the laws that prohibits the vice were not being enforced adequately.
