81-YEAR OLD TIE MWAPE PETITIONS HIGH COURT TO DECLARE POSSESSION OF CANNABIS LEGAL

AN 81-year-old man who was acquitted by the Lusaka Magistrate Court for the offence of trafficking in psychotropic substances, has this time petitioned the High Court to declare legal possession of cannabis of the value of 0.3 percent.
