ZAMBIAN champions Power Dynamos and Gal Sport Zambia have signed a K2 million sponsorship deal that confirms Gal Sport as one of the shirt sponsors for the Kitwe giants.
The two-year deal compels the Zambian champions to have the Gal Sport logo printed behind and on the sleeves of both home and away kit.
Power Dynamos president Ben Simukoko hailed Gal Sport for coming on board to support the Zambian Champions who are determined to defend the Super League.
Simukoko, speaking during the signing ceremony yesterday at Garden Court Hotel in Kitwe said the partnership with will propel Power to new heights as country’s lone envoys in the CAF Champions League.
Simukoko also hailed Garden Court for renewing its longstanding partnership with the club.
“In Accordance with the term of the contract, Impala Tech Group Limited shall pay Power Dynamos a sum of $50,000 per soccer,” Simukoko said.
“Together we expect to forge a path of growth and Prosperity leveraging each other’s strength and expertise,” he added.
Simukoko also hailed Garden court for renewing it’s long standing partnership with Power Dynamos.
Garden Court Hotel are the official club sponsor for man of the match, player of the month and player of the season award.
And Garden Court General Manager Christopher Nsenje announced that the hotel would increase its sponsorship package to K500, 000.
Nsenje said the hotel was proud to be associated with the Zambian champions and was determined to support and motivate them to compete diligently in both the domestic league and the CAF Champions League.
Meanwhile, Gal Sport representative Bwezani Mbewe said the firm was inspired to partner with Power Dynamos because of the success it recorded last season when it won the championship.
Mbewe said partnership with Power Dynamos is for everyone determined to see the club reach higher hights.
And Gal Sport Marketing Manager, Ndekazi McKenzie said Gal sports desire to collaborate with Power Dynamos reaffirmed the Betting company’s commitment to contribute to the growth of football in Zambia.
