Concourt scolds JCC for breaching law over dismissal of Judge Joshua Banda

THE Constitutional Court has ruled that the Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC) breached the Constitution when it did not submit to President Hakainde Hichilema, a report stating that a prima facie case had been established against former High Court Judge, Joshua Banda.
