ZAMBIA needs constitutional reforms to look at the independence of the office of the Registrar of Societies, powers and duties of the Speaker and deputy Speakers of the National Assembly, funding of political parties for their capacity building if our multi-party democracy governance system can be sustained, FDD Information and Publicity Secretary Caesar Liteta has said.
