THAT the Executive has, for the first time in history caused a division in Parliament in protest against the suspension of Brian Mundubile is an indictment on not only Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti but a revolt against President Hakainde Hichilema who has converted the Legislature into an appendage of State House, Harry Kalaba has observed.
