PETER Sinkamba, the interim council chairperson for the People’s Pact Alliance has advised President Hakainde Hichilema to stop giving people on the Copperbelt false hopes that jobs will be created in a short time.
And Mr Sinkamba has said the Patriotic Front (PF) had a better policy on the mines where they handed over 40 percent of the black mountain to youths which they accessed between 2012 and after when UPND came into power. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
