STATE House has confirmed that President Hakainde Hichilema will tomorrow be among the 2024 Kuomboka ceremony attendees but will not usurp the role of Paramount Chief Chitimukulu as the guest of honour.
Clayson Hamasaka, the State House Chief Communications Specialist said President Hichilema was fully aware that the Barotse Royal Establishment (BRE) has already invited Paramount Chief Chitimukulu as guest of honour and would therefore be attending the ceremony as a citizen.
