A Lusaka resident has objected to the forfeiture to the State of property situated in Ibex Hill, which the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) is claiming to be tainted property owned by Journalist, Faith Musonda.
Mr Samuel Lisibani Mulozi has submitted to the Economic and Financial Crimes Court that he owns property known as F/378a/11 Ibex Hill and not Ms Musonda, thus, the property should not be part of litigation. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
