POLICE have arrested a man of Serenje for indecent assault on a child aged 10 years, Central Province Commissioner of Police Charity Munganga has confirmed.
Ms Munganga said on April 8, 2024, officers in Serenje received a report of defilement involving a 10-year-old girl of Kabundi area in Muchinda chiefdom, alleging that she was defiled by Hardrick Mulebi of the same area. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
